The Host Organization : IE-NO-HIKARI Association
The IE-NO-HIKARI Association works hard to foster the cultures of rural villages by publishing books such as the IE-NO-HIKARI magazine and by implementing various cultural activities. As a part of its diversified activities, the IE-NO-HIKARI Association has held the World Children’s Picture Contest since 1993 with the hope of creating friendships and mutual understanding between children all over the world and enabling them to become.
We would like to invite you to participate in this international event, the World Children’s Picture Contest.

32nd ANNUAL WORLD CHILDREN’S PICTURE CONTEST ENTRY GUIDELINES
We look forward to receiving your submissions.
Please note that the World Children’s Picture Contest will end its call for entries in the 2024. We would like to express our sincere appreciation for all the entries over the years.
Themes
Works can follow theme that supports self-expression.
Entry Period
June 3 – October 1, 2024 (The picture must be recieved by this date.)
Eligible Participants
6-15 years old
Picture Dimensions
728 mm x 515 mm or smaller with a thickness of 3 mm or less.
Any materials or method can be used, as long as you have fun!

Prizes
Gold Prize: 20 people, Silver Prize: 40 people, Bronze Prize: 60 people, Honorable Mention: 80 people,
All winners will be awarded a shield attached a winning work and a commemorative gift.
*All prize winners and participating organizations will also be given a “Commemorative Book of Winners.”
Judging
Judging will take place in October and November 2024.

Results will be announced on the IE-NO-HIKARI Association website at the end of January in 2025.
IE-NO-HIKARI Association will notify all participating organizations (or to each participant for individual entrants) of the results via letter after April 2024.
