審査講評（二次審査員）60In today’s age of worldwide turmoil, I realize the wonder of completing a work.In this contest, various ambitious pieces were submitted from all around the world this year as always.Knowing how much trial and error goes into deciding what to draw and how to conclude works, I was very excited during the judging process.Subjects included family, animals and the scenery around them. It was great to see children’s individual sensitivities developing as they treasured their surroundings.The wonder of completing a work 世界各地で悲しい出来事が絶えない昨今。一枚の絵を描きあげることの素晴らしさを実感しています。 今年も世界各地から寄せられた意欲作が勢ぞろいしました。 一枚一枚の作品の向こうには、何を描こうか、どのように仕上げようかと長い試行錯誤の時間が流れています。おのずと審査する目にも気合いが入ります。 家族や、動物、目の前に広がる風景。子どもたちは自分を取り巻く環境を大切にしながら、それぞれの感受性を育んでいるのだと嬉しくなります。 審査を終える頃には、私も一緒にすがすがしい気持ちになっていることに気づきます。素敵な作品をありがとう、とひとりひとりに伝えたいと思います。一枚の絵を描きあげることの素晴らしさ結ゆう城き 昌まさ子こ美術の絵本作家YUKI MasakoAuthor of Art Picture BooksI was rejuvenated by the judging process and felt a sense of gratitude to all entrants for their wonderful submissions.
